"This is our fourth Lexus RX purchased thru this dealership. During this time I have had wonderful customer service in all facets of the dealership. This last experience (May) was slightly different because we had equipment(hand controls)switched from the old Lexus to the new Lexus. This expense was covered by Lexus thru their mobility assistance program. Our salesperson Christine was very helpful. While she didn't need to "sell" us the car, she delivered the car to our house when all the equipment switching was done and spent quite a bit of time with me going over all the bells and whistles this particular model had.
