Keller Golf Course is an 18-hole regulation length golf course in Maplewood, Minnesota. This medium-length layout has adequate length for a regulation course. Some holes are quite challenging and interesting, but overall it can be somewhat forgiving. Online tee times may be available at Keller Golf Course or at nearby golf courses, often at a substantial discount from the going green fees rate.

At the confluence of the Mississippi and Minnesota rivers. Its most notable feature is the historic Fort Snelling, which dates from 1820. The fort itself is operated by the Minnesota Historical Society and requires a separate entrance fee. The bulk of the state park preserves the bottomland forest, rivers, and backwater lakes below the river bluffs. The park was opened in 1962. Both the State Park and Historic Fort are part of the Mississippi National River and Recreation Area, a National Park Service site.

Battle Creek Waterworks

 

Battle Creek Waterworks Family Aquatic Center will open for the 2011 season on Saturday, June 11, 2011.  Hours are 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.  Admission cost is $6.50 per person, children under 12 months free.  Twilight hours are from 6:00 - 8:00 PM nightly at a cost of $4.50 per person.

Tamarack Nature Center

 

Tamarack Nature Center held a grand opening for its new Nature Play Area and Children's Garden on Saturday, June 11, 2011.  The Grand Opening was a great success with over 1,200 attendees.

The Ramsey County Board of Commissioners has waived entrance fees to the Nature Play Area and Children's Garden for 2011.

This course was built on rolling hills, so expect some elevation changes and many uneven lies. Certain holes can be very difficult to score par on, so proper club selection becomes an important aspect of the game. The greens are fast, and the fairways are narrow. Water hazards come into play on five holes. Three holes have been recently renovated.

Anchor stores are Dayton's, Mervyn's California, Kohl's and Sears. Other stores include Contempo Casuals, Casual Corner, Gap and Gap Kids, Lechters, Victoria's Secret, Eddie Bauer, Wilson Leather, Game Day Sports, Radio Shack, Lerner New York, and Old Navy. There are many other gift shops, jewelry, music and shoe stores. The main food court features fast food, with an Applebee's and a Starbucks elsewhere in the mall. Baby stroller and locker rental is available, and the center court features a two-story carousel that will enchant young and old alike. Most stores accept credit cards or personal check. Ample parking space is available.

If you want to see that Oscar-nominee, but didn't get out to the theater in time, it is likely to be here. This two-screen theater plays recent movies just a short time after they have left the chain of cinemas. The theater is comfortable with DTS digital sound. The concession stand serves fresh popcorn with real butter, along with the usual theater fare. The Plaza also plays a late night show nearly every weekend.
