"Lexus of Maplewood has probably the best car service department of any car dealership I've ever been to. I brought two of my cars in and was able to pick up both at the same time with no problems or hassle. Jill was a very knowledgeable advisor and answered all of my questions. They also have a young lady, Stephanie, who seems to help out the advisors. She was so sweet, that my daughter wanted to come back just for her! She gave my daughter a Hello Kitty coloring page and a Hello Kitty ring and my daughter was ecstatic. Overall my experiences at the Lexus dealership are always worry free and very friendly. I continue to keep going there for as long as I am a Lexus owner, which will probably be forever!"
